Hospitality Assistant

Our client in the Construction sector is looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of their business, delivering exceptional customer service. You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people.

This role is contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team . Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any minor complaints with professionalism and care, escalating to the Hospitality Supervisor and Manager if needed.
  • To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses
  • Customer service focused.
  • Can work as a team but also willing to act on their own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressed whilst maintaining a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail.
  • Always represent the Company in a positive manner.
  • All company / client policies and procedures to be adhered to at all times.
  • To complete all company training within set timeframes.
  • Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including assisting with other duties in other units as required.
