Sales Team Manager

Our client is looking to appoint a Sales Team Manager on a permanent basis to to help support HR processes within their organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall running of the sales team.
• Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure all relevant communication and data are updated and recorded.
• Advise new business and team on products and services available.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
• Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and plan training sessions.

Requirements:

Some previous experience of leading a team.

Some previous experience within sales.

Self-motivated and driven.
