HR Administrator

Our client is looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a permanent basis to to help support HR processes within their organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and managing HR databases to ensure that employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, organising interviews, handling applicant correspondence, and processing new hire documentation.
  • Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have completed necessary paperwork, and providing orientation on company policies.
  • Offboarding: Managing the offboarding process for employees, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
  • Payroll Assistance: Providing support with payroll processing, handling payroll queries, and ensuring accurate records for salary, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Helping to address employee concerns or grievances, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Generating reports on various HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absence rates, and recruitment progress, to assist in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

    Previous administrative experience.

    Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel (advanced level preferred).

    Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

    Strong communication and numerical abilities.

    Legal right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
